Featuring Wayne Shorter (tenor sax), Lee Morgan (trumpet), Bobby Timmons (piano) and Jymie Merritt (bass). Showcases great originals by ex-Messenger Hank Mobley (The Opener, Night Watch, High Modes), Morgan (What Know) and Shorter (The Summit), plus Miles Davis’s famous The Theme.
